Return Window
We accept returns on instrument purchases within 14 days of delivery.

Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the instrument must be in the same condition as when you received it, with no additional wear, damage, or alterations.

Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, with a maximum fee of $300.

Shipping & Insurance
Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways, as well as full insurance coverage for the purchase price of the instrument during return shipping

We strongly recommend properly packing and insuring your return, as Agave Music is not responsible for items damaged in transit.
