Gemeinhardt open hold 3SB Flute with inline G.  It has a sterling silver headjoint with gold lip plate and sterling silver body with silver plated mechanism.  It has a B foot as well as a gizmo key.
 
This was recently serviced in our shop and given a COA and had several pads leveled.  Everything is sealing great and it's ready to play.
