Conn Pre Chu Gold Plated Bari Sax

This is one of the best baris I've ever played.  I love the gold plating! It is very expressive and has that tone bari players are always all chasing.

The good:

• Extremely free blowing

• Has great intonation

• Enormous tone

• Original gold plating in great shape (90%)

• No solder work except the stap ring and the neck receiver brace

• Fresh C.O.A. done in-shop by Chris Moller

• This sax has been played a lot through the years, but never dropped

• Pads are recent and have a lot of life left in them

The bad:

• It is only keyed from low Bb to high Eb (no altissimo)

• It's expensive to ship a bari sax nowadays

• Plays so good it is hard to go back to my low "A" bari
